Hair Care Tips:
- Wash hair once a week with shampoo and before wash apply hair oil for dry hair.
- Eat fresh fruits vegetables take protein containing foods avoid fried food, starches food and sugary food.
- Have hair trimmed per month to get rid of split ends and have your hair styled.
- Use a soft nylon brush or comb of special brand use smooth edge, wide toothed comb do not brush hair when it is wet.
- Have hair massage at least once a week but massaging is not good for oil hair type and that increase blood circulation and the blood supply to hair roots.
- Take conditioning once time in a week for the effect of sunshine pollution and other damaging hair.
- Protect your hair from the sun by covering your head with a scarf or chunni. and never overwash your hair hair.
- If you go swimming, always rinse salt water or chlorine out of your hair straightaway. Then shampoo and condition.
- Take henna treatments restore the shine to dull hair and avoid back brushing and combing.
- If you are use hair gel and conditioner take good brand and hair conditioner need be applied only at the ends of long hair.
